NIMMA consults with stakeholders on it's role today

In 2004, our 30th anniversary, NIMMA undertook a structured and comprehensive review of ourselves, our relevance today and our future plans. The process was taken forward with independent Consultants who consulted with a range of stakeholders through focus groups, research and other means.

This helped identify and clarify the relevance and potential role of NIMMA today.

NIMMA produces a development plan

As a result of this consultation based review, a Development Plan has now been produced. This outlines a way forward to develop into areas of research, education and related activities as well as increasing our lobbying role and widening our support base. This would require NIMMA growing into a larger organisation.

NIMMA is currently considering ways in which funding could be made available to allow development into these areas.
